1st Year Entrance Exam

Dear Parents/Guardians, We hope everyone is keeping well. This is just a short note to inform you that your child will take their entrance exam this week. This assessment is normally scheduled when your student is in 6th class, however we were unable to conduct it due to the Covid restriction earlier this year. The results of these assessments will be shared with you in a parent report. These assessments provide us with a snapshot of your child's general academic ability and are a continuation of the standardised tests that they would have taken in primary school. It is not something that your student should be anxious about and will not affect their current classes. The assessment is in digital format, and students require earphones to complete it. We are asking that students bring earphones with them to school over the next few days. (Not Bluetooth earphones). Kind regards, David Gorry & Sarah Nevin

Dear Parent/Guardian, We have a large amount of lost property in the school office. Unfortunately, these items cannot be stored indefinitely. All suitable items not claimed before Friday 8th October will be donated to charity, all other items will be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. There are school jackets, other jackets, fleeces, school jumpers, books, journals, drinks containers, lunchboxes and stationery. Please ensure that your student has their name on all personal items. This will at least enable us to notify them to reclaim items. Many thanks.
