Badminton Match - Tues 22nd March

Tomorrows badminton match is now being played in Foxrock so students will not be travelling to Loreto Bray. Students need to be ready in the sports hall at 1.45 to start at 2. There will be no badminton lessons after school.

Congratulations to Lauryn Healy (1st year) who was crowned All Ireland U 15 Girls High Jump Champion over the weekend. She recorded an amazing 1.58m at the National Juvenile Championships in Athlone. A fantastic achievement.

CAT4 Testing - TY

Please note CAT4 testing for Transition Year students will take place on 24th and 30th March. CAT4 is standardised testing that can be used to support your daughter in her learning. It measures verbal, non-verbal, quantitative and spatial reasoning. You will receive an individual CAT4 report for parents. Further information can be found on Information for Parents - GL Assessment (gl-assessment.co.uk). This digital test will take place in room F4. There is no preparation necessary. On the day devices to be brought into school fully charged. Headphones optional. Please contact Daire Fallon, SENCO, at dfallon@loretofoxrock.ie should you have any queries.

Dear TY Students, Parents and Guardians Please find attached an updated TY Activities Calendar for March and for the bank holiday TY Musical Rehearsal schedule. I would also like to remind you that tickets for TY musical tickes can be reserved. The reservations of tickets has been made available to TY exclusively on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th March 2022. Ticket bookings will be made available to the whole school on Tuesday 22nd March 2022. All ticket payments to be made before ticket collection.
