Best of luck to our 3rd Year students who began their end of year assessments today. Students were emailed a copy of their examination timetable which will be in place for the week. We would like to remind all students that optional study is available in St. Joseph's Hall each afternoon during periods they may not have an exam themselves.

On behalf of the Interfaith and Cultural Group, we want to thank you all for your participation in Cultural week last week. Thank you to all the members of the Interfaith and Cultural group who presented daily intercom prayers during Cultural week. Thank you to Emily Aasen (P5) who read in Norweigan, Asya Carr (L1), who read in Turkish, Mariam Hassan (L6) who presented in Arabic, Dulanga Liyanapathirana (C2) who read a poem in Sinhala and finally Sophie Semenova (M1) who concluded our week in Russian. We hope you enjoyed the Kahoot quiz and the treasure hunt. The winners of the Treasure hunt are Elaine Waters, Caoimhe Galligan, Maria Hennelly from M2, Lucy Bulfin and Julianne Walse from B2 and Aoife McEvoy from L2. May the god who created a world of diversity and vibrancy, go with us as we embrace life in all its fullness. Thank you.

Well done to all our 1st Years who won awards today during their award ceremony. This year has been an unusual year for our 1st Years and we want to say a big thank you to all our students for following all the Covid protocols throughout the year.
6th Year Graduation

Our 6th Year Graduates were celebrated in true OLS style in school this morning. They have now been emailed two Graduation videos (the shorter of which is linked below) that they may wish to share at home with their families to enjoy the memories of their time spent in school. Of course, part of the day involved a Covid-compliant hat throw, a crucial part of any graduation! Have a peep in the gallery to see how that went! Every year in OLS, we recognise the values and ethos inherent in our school through special awards that have become part of the school's history over the years.
