Hard luck to our Senior A Basketball team who narrowly missed out on an All Ireland final slot in their match v Loreto Letterkenny yesterday. The girls, without star player Jennifer Leavy, battled all the way through and played exceptionally well in a hard fought battle. They eventually lost out in extra time after an incredible match. You did the school and all your supporters proud.
We would also like to thank all the parents, grandparents and school supporters for coming out and cheering them on. It was great to see so much school spirit in action. We look forward to the girls finishing off their season in the Loreto League.
