In continuing to keep your daughter(s) safe in school, the students have been asked to restrict their movements to their base classrooms and a designated social area outside. We have also asked the students to limit their interaction to their own year group - as far is possible. We would be very grateful if tomorrow students bring home their boxes and any other belongings they may have. They should only bring to school what they need day to day. We recommend that after Friday 21st May that all Leaving Cert students stay at home and limit social interaction in preparation for their exams. This is in line with the advice from the Chief Medical Officer - Tony Holohan.
We also wish to congratulate the year group on their wonderful graduation on Friday. It has been our pleasure to work with these wonderful young women over the last 6 years. Friday was a special day for all . Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Hello everyone,
We very much hope your daughter enjoyed the recent team-building days in Kilruddery. Thankfully, the weather smiled on us and the feedback from the girls was extremely positive! In a year where social opportunities at school have been limited, we were delighted to facilitate the day's activities. Just a friendly reminder that if your daughter attended Kilruddery and you do not have access to the App (online payment portal), payment of €25 can also be made in cash and returned to the Year-Head. The online shop also remains open to facilitate online payment.
Further to the success of the Kilruddery trip, we will run a mini 'sports day' for all First Years on Friday 21st May from 1.45 to 3.45pm. Activities will take place in the school grounds and will be facilitated by our sports staff and 4th Year students. Once again, the objective is simply to give the girls the opportunity to socialise, have fun and potentially get to know other students across the First Year group (the composition of Teams will reflect this ambition).
We ask that students wear their tracksuit to school on Friday 21st and bring a lunch to school. They will have an opportunity to eat after their History exam, and before the activities commence in the afternoon. We are all very much looking forward to the day!
Additional details will be posted to the First Year 'Team' in the coming days. Thank you all for your support of the girls, and the school in this most challenging of years. Looking forward to better times ahead!
Kind Regards,
Ms Louise Ryan (Year Head)
Ms Elaine Crumlish (Year Head)

Dear TYs
Unfortunately the National Gallery of Ireland has been in touch this afternoon and asked that we cancel our visits this week and next as they are not Covid ready for school groups. As a result I have replaced your trip to the Gallery to that of a trip to Dublin Zoo. So please look carefully at the updated calendar and act accordingly. 4E you will be travelling to the Zoo directly from home tomorrow moring. Please plan your journey tonight and leave home in plenty of time to meet Ms Cullen and Ms Ryan at 09.45 at the Dublin Zoo gates - factor in the bus journey and walking time to the Zoo. Bring your lunch and snacks, wear the correct PE uniform and prepare for wet weather. You will be returning back to school for 2pm classes. Enjoy the Day.
