This upcoming Spring Mindfulness Course provides the pathway to peace and harmony with oneself and with others... regardless of what is happening within and around us! We all have been challenged in so many ways over the past 2 years. Thankfully we have reached a time where we can experience safe and healthy pathways around 'How Best to Live Our Precious Lives' alongside the Covid 19 Pandemic. Now, more than ever, we all need to change how we approach our daily lives. Mindfulness is a recognised and proven way to fully support us through this important and necessary transformed way of Living. Dear Parent/Guardian, As part of the SPHE curriculum, your daughter will be commencing the Junior Cycle Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) programme as outlined in the Department of Education SPHE curriculum over the coming months as the classes rotate. The programme will run for approximately 3 weeks. TY Look Into Law Programme 2022

Dear TY Students, Parents and Guardians For those TY students who are interested in taking part in The Bar of Ireland’s on-line “Look into Law” Transition Year Programme please come and see me in the TY office at 13.30 on Friday 21st January 2022. Information on the programme was given out in December but if you have forgotten this is an exciting initiative aimed at increasing students’ awareness of the work of The Bar of Ireland and to encourage students to consider a career as a barrister. This is an annual “Access All Areas” programme aimed to encourage schools and students from a wide cross-section of society to apply to take part. Dear TY Students All of TY will be participating in a SOAR Workshop from 10am to 13.15 on Thursday 20th January 2022. Class will run as normal from 08.50 – 10am and from 13.15 to 16.00. However, at 10am 4L and 4R will report to the LCF Concert Hall for their workshop and 4O and 4E will report to the double classroom G1 and G2. Please bring pen and paper with you to your workshop and enjoy the morning. F. Early

A reminder to all our 1st and TY Students who have signed up for tomorrows cross country event in Blackrock College. Please leave class at 9.30 and be ready for the bus that will leave at 9.40. Remember to bring running spikes if you have them and warm layers for before and after your race.. Good Luck.
