UCAS - Clearing from 2pm TODAY!

Gentle reminder about UCAS Clearing Plus. By using the ‘View matches’ button in UCAS Track, applicants in Clearing can see courses they’ve personally been matched to and express an interest in any they’d like to be considered for. If you hear back from the university or college and receive an offer, you can add it as a Clearing choice in Track from 14:00 (UK time) today. Alongside Clearing Plus, applicants can look for other live vacancies on the UCAS search tool. Using both will give you the best chances of finding the right course for you

Dear Parents/Guardians and Students, The dates for return to school are as follows; 1st year start school on Thursday 26th of August - Half day- 9:00 -1:15 1st year Friday 27th August -Half day- 9:00 -1:15 1st year have full schedule from Monday 30th of August 6th and 3rd year return to school on Monday 30th of August 2nd and 5th year return to school on Tuesday 31st of August Transition Year Start their TY Programme on Wednesday 1st of September We are currently awaiting advice from the Department of Education and we will be in further contact with regard to return to school procedures over the next two weeks Looking forward to seeing you all, kind regards, Michael O Sullivan

Friary Fun Camp Will run in two blocks from 9th -11th & 12th -14th of August. Any incoming 1st years who would like to attend can do so through the link attached. Payment can be made on the 1st day of camp. €40 per child. Once applications are received, applicants will be notified of their camp dates in the coming days.

Applicants to both the DARE and HEAR schemes will be notified on Tuesday, June 29th about whether or not you have been deemed eligible to compete for a DARE or HEAR place. You can view the outcome of your HEAR application by logging into your CAO account under the My Application section on www.cao.ie. UCAS are working to fix this urgently so student offers will be available for them to make their replies shortly. Please be assured you will not be disadvantaged by this error.

Dear Parents/Guardian/ Students, I hope you are well. Student reports for 1st, 2nd & 5th years will be completed on Eportal by week of 21th of June. Please be patient as teachers have been completing accredited grades for Leaving Cert and assessment for Junior Cycle until now. There is no need to be emailing teachers about this. Dear Student/ Parents/ Guardians, One more sleep! (Hope its restful) The rooms that each candidate will have for this years Leaving Certificate are on display on the notice board in the Header. Please arrive no later than 9am if you are doing your exam tomorrow. Wear comfortable but appropriate clothing and bring a face mask and spare pens. Fr.
