Art Exhibiton Visit

Today some 5th Yr Art students got invited to visit the Smashing Times Art Exhibition in the Chocolate Factory on King's Inn St. The exhibition is part of the Dublin Arts and Human Rights Festival and featured works from artists all around the globe. It was a great opportunity for students to see a variety of different work and was very enjoyable!

Junior Cycle Results 2022

The State Examinations Commission (SEC) intends to issue the 2022 Junior Cycle examination results to schools on Wednesday, 23 November. Candidates will also be able to access their results online from 4pm on that date. Wishing all of our 5th & TY students receiving results, the very best!

First year Aoife class enjoyed a trip to TUD Aungier Street today to listen to a maths talk by Kjartan Poskitt, author of Murderous Maths. They all worked hard to solve some very difficult maths problems #mathsweek2022

3rd year, TY, and 5th year students had a great time today trying out taekwondo with French champion Melody Randand Irish athlete Leroy Nsilu Dilandu . Un grand merci à eux et à l’Embassade de France pour l’organisation ! Cha-Ryuht (Attention). Kyoung Yeh (Bow). Thanks to Mr. Gunning for organising such an amazing workshop.

DAY 3 Our last day was packed with lots of combat at LAZER TAG. Everyone looked ready for action dresses in their camouflage overalls… with some lazer guns to match ofcourse! students and teachers had so much fun and some surprised us with excellent tactics
School Ambassadors

Great to visit Rutland National School today to promote our school. Rashveena & Mariam were past pupils and wonderful ambassadors for us. They talked about their experience of Mount Carmel with the 5th and 6th class students. Reminder: Applications for incoming students in 2023/24 are closing on 7th November- places are filling up fast so be quick!
