Inspectors from the Department of Education visited the school today and surveyed 2nd and 5th Year students as part of the Whole-School Evaluation process. Each student was also given a questionnaire to bring home for their parent/guardian to fill out. Students are asked to return this to Reception in the morning. We would appreciate you taking the time to fill out this short but very important questionnaire. Many thanks.

Well done to the whole school, students and staff, for a superb group effort at the sponsored walk yesterday. The sun cheered us on our way and generous sponsors Lidl, SuperValu, Brodericks Brothers and Nature Valley fed and watered us on our return! There will be a Clean Up and Green Up day this Saturday the 13th of April in association with Terenure Tidy Towns. Students will be accompanied by Ms. Clancy, meeting at the Evergreen Centre, 70 Terenure Road North, at 11am. All gloves, bags and pickers will provided on the day. Students will make their own way there and home. All students interested in volunteering should submit the permission slip on the school app.
Full On Fundraising!

Our sponsored walk is drawing very close...on Wednesday afternoon we'll hit the pavements to raise much needed funds for the resurfacing of the hockey pitch. On Wednesday, students are to wear their full school tracksuit in for the day. Form teachers will collect students' fundraising envelopes before we walk (or students may bring them tomorrow). We will walk even if the weather is a little off so school jackets and umbrellas are advised! The forecast, however, is decent so far! This is a really important event for us to demonstrate, as a whole-school community, the lengths we will go to in order to improve our wellbeing! Our sports facilities are crucial to the active life of the school and we are really encouraging the students to give their best efforts to get sponsorship - every € counts! If your daughter has any reason she cannot walk on Wednesday, please contact her form teacher who will make arrangements for her to contribute to the whole-school event by getting involved in the organisation side of the afternoon back at school. Otherwise, we look forward to a full contingent and a very positive event!
1st Year Hockey is cancelled today, Monday, 8th April due to weather. Thank you.
