Good morning! The one stand out coping strategy that every quarter backs at the moment is having a routine to help us get and stay motivated for the day. Do yourself a favour today. Give yourself that chance for success. Decide on your schedule/plan for the day and do your best to stick to it. You have a lot of practice with the school timetable routine so that's a good place to start. Have a good day!
Well done and thank you!

Now more than ever it is important to appreciate the little things in life. The OLS wellbeing committee is running a #Littlethings campaign. To get involved simply send a picture of the little things that brighten up your day to Ms McGinley (smcginley@olschool.ie) before 3pm on Tuesday to be in with a chance to win a prize! We can’t wait to see your entries!

1) The SEC has requested that we clarify the following:
Leaving Certificate Fees: The closing date for payment of the Leaving Cert examination fee is being extended until after the exams are complete and the results have been issued.
2) Students will remember Stuart Wilson from a Pastoral Care talk in 5th Year and parents may also remember him from a parents’ information evening in school in March 2019. Stuart is a Behavioural Psychotherapist specialising in youth and adolescents and family therapy. He has recorded a parent and a student advisory session focused on dealing with the difficult situation you have been presented with, the delay of the Leaving Certificate. We are sharing these videos with you as you might find them useful.
