A meeting of the Student Council will take place tomorrow at 1.15pm in the school library. All members are asked to attend. Mr Eddie Bourke (ERST) who has overall responsibilty for ethos in schools will be in attendance.

Bernard Brogan picked up his third All-Star award on Friday night at the National Convention Centre in Dublin. He was also on the short list for Player of the Year, an award he previously was honoured with in 2010.
It has been a remarkable career to date for Bernard and indeed for all the Brogan family who are steeped in the history of Dublin football since the 1970's. We wish him continued success and many congratulations from all in St Declan's.

Come along to the Christmas market that will take place on Friday 20 November in St Declan's College from 4.30pm - 10.00pm.
Over fifty different stall owners will be offering a variety of food, arts and crafts and gift items.
Entrance is free.
Why not finish the evening off by attending the Rachel Allen cookery demonstration in the school gymnasium. Tickets are €25 each and are now on sale from:

St Declan's played St Paul's Raheny today in the U17 FAI school's Dublin Metropolitan League.
The final score was 3-3.
Sean Lundberg (2) and Niall Blaney (1) were the scorers for St Declan's.

Congratulations to our U16 Badminton team and their coach Ms O'Mahony on their victory over Terenure College (5-1) in their first league game of the year.
The team members are Kyle Malonhao, Youming Pan, Jordan Page (Captain) and Boris Sercken.

Congratulations to Rory Howe who has been selected as a trialist for the Irish U-15 basketball squad. Rory was part of the Eastern Region squad who won the Inter regional tournament in Galway recently.
