Parent/ Guardian Information Meetings Update

The 3rd and 6th year parent/guardian information meeting will take place on Tuesday November 29th from 9 am - 3:55 pm with a schedule. It will take place face to face in school and not online. 1st, 2nd and 5th meetings will be scheduled for January.

PISA testing - Thanks

Many thanks to all the students that took part in PISA testing today. It was a busy morning. The inspectorate remarked how excellent all students were. Students can return to class as normal as per their timetable in the afternoon. 1.55 onwards.

CAO is now open. All students have been allocated an appointment for CAO/plc/other. Dates and times on office door. if applying to CAO please bring credit/card debit card details with you or else register in advance on www.CAO.ie. It is preferred students register on CAO in advance due to banking safety measures in place with online banking.

Students selected for PISA. Please be in school tomorrow by 8.50 in full uniform and please wait outside Mr. Williams classroom 3A and Ms Walsh's classroom 4A. Testing will commence at 9am sharp. Students late will not be permitted entry. Testing will run from 9-1 approx. There will be no testing in the afternoon students can return to classes as per timetable. Rest breaks and breaks will be provided throughout the morning. All students must bring 1. Calculator 2. Book to read (if finished testing early) 3. Pencil case Many thanks for taking part.

1st Year County Football Champions

A successful day at the @WaterfordLGFA pps blitz on Thursday. Over 50 Friary 1st year girls played in a number of games as both our teams managed to win their respective finals. Our Div 1 team overcoming Ard Scoil Na Mara of Tramore in their final, while our Div 3 team had to battle hard to get the better of a strong Blackwater CS team after extratime.
