The school 5th year Drama Group present 'The Mousetrap' - the world famous murder mystery play next week in the school.
See if you can work out who committed murder in Monkswell Manor in this excellent production, not to be missed.
Tickets : Adults €10 Students & OAP €5 - on sale on the school app, from the office and on sale outside the canteen at lunch and break.

Congratulations to Taylor Mooney in 5th Year on his fantastic achievement in being selected to represent his country in the Ireland U17 Soccer team in the elite round European Qualifiers vs Italy, Ukraine and Cyprus from March 3rd to 14th. We wish Taylor and all the Ireland team every success over the next two weeks.
Congratulations to Méabh Maguire who has been selected as captain for the Kildare Minor Camogie Team. This is an incredible achievement for a 5th Year student. Méabh will lead her team in the Leinster Final on Sunday. We wish her and all her teammates the very best in the final.
CAT - Aptitude test results were given out today to 3rd yr students going directly into 5th yr in August 2023.
Any 3rd yr going directly into 5th yr who did not get their CAT results today please see Ms. McGee on Monday.

Our Parent/Guardian meeting will take place in the school next Thursday 9th of March from 4.15pm to 6.45pm. This meeting will not take place online. The meeting will take place in our school and we warmly look forward to meeting you in person. There are no time slots, so when you arrive queue for whichever teachers you wish to talk to first. Then work your way through the list of subjects your son/daughter is studying.

Psychology Parent Advice Drop-In Clinic
A free and confidential service for parents living in the Kilcock, Clane, Kilmeague, Derrinturn, Carbury, Robertstown areas (Network 14)
What is it?
· A free and confidential telephone clinic for parents/carers who would like advice from a psychologist about any aspect of parenting.
· Parents/carers come to the clinic with many different questions. Some of these might include ‘how do I respond to my child’s behaviour?’ or ‘how do I support my child with their worries?’, as examples.
· Some parents/carers come because they have concerns about their child’s development and wonder if referral to another service might be helpful.
When is it?
· The Clinic is held via telephone two Wednesday mornings per month from 9.30 a.m. until 12.00 pm.
· The Clinic offers 30 minute slots to speak with a psychologist.
· These slots are offered on a first come first serve basis.
How do I attend?
· You can book a slot at the clinic by contacting 01 921 3500
· You may say ‘I’d like to book a slot at the Psychology Parent Advice Drop-In Clinic’ and give your name and telephone number for contact. Details about your query/concern may also be requested.
· You will be given a 30 minute slot on the next available Wednesday.
· At the time of your allocated slot, a psychologist will contact you on the telephone number you provided to talk with you.
What happens then?
· When talking with the psychologist, you can discuss your question/ concern.
· You will then be offered some ideas or suggestions on how you might respond to this question/concern.
· You can come back to the Advice Clinic at any time and as often as you like
