VSware update

The VSware Parent App has been updated in the iOS App store and Google Play Store. This release contains fixes for the following issue: Parents unable to view term assessments via the VSware app In order to update the app, parents can visit the iOS App store or Google Play Store, type in 'VSware' and tap 'Update'. There are many online guides written specifically for parents on vsaresupport site. Parent's can visit support.vsware.ie/parent-app-overview to find out how to download or update the app and much more.

U 16 Leinster Champions!

Congratulations to the U16 football team on their magnificent victory over St Joseph's, Rochfortbridge in the Lidl U16 Leinster B final. The score was a convincing 6 - 6 to 2 - 10 and Ellen Leddy Doyle was the Player of the Match. Thank you to manager, Mr Fitzgerald and assistant manager, Ms Keogan as well as fantastic team of TY assistants. We look forward to supporting the team in the All Ireland Semi-Final on a date to be confirmed and guidelines permitting.

Dear Parents, Please take 5 minutes to complete the attached survey from the National Parents Council Post Primary (NPCPP). They are seeking our views on School / Classroom time / online learning during COVID restrictions and the upcoming state exams for 3rd and 6th years. Re Q7 our PA is not currently affiliated to the NPCPP. Re Q15 on January 6th when the school reopened you can tick the following boxes: >mobile CO2 monitors in some classrooms >HEPA or other air filters in some classrooms >standard masks available for students and staff >antigen testing >hot water in hand washing facilities >close contact tracing Note that as of this week there are CO2 monitors in all classrooms and HEPA filters which are moved into classrooms when needed. There are Medical IIR Masks (advanced) available for staff and students who forget their masks. The school passed all areas of a Department of Education Covid-19 inspection carried out in the school on December 13th last. Congratulations to Amisha Dhele, Livia Garg Holohan and Sophie Killcullen on their win in the BT Young Scientist 2022. Their project "Does water quality affect the public's desire to sea swim?" placed second in the category Social and Behavioural Sciences. Well done girls and a big thank you to Ms Tierney for overseeing the entry and for her guidance and help.

Office 365 spam attack

A number of staff and student Office 365 accounts were affected by a spam attack earlier today, as a result Wriggle had to reset some accounts. If any student is unable to access their account, they can retrieve a new password from Ms Molloy in the morning. Thank you
