HSE Secondary School Vaccination Programme

Your daughter has been given an envelope today from the HSE regarding the School Vaccination Programme for HPV, Tdap and MenACWY. The envelope contains an information leaflet and consent form. If you have any queries you should consult the websites provided or contact the Immunisation dept at 01 8975103. Your daughter should return the envelope with the completed form to the school by Wednesday 7th September. Further information is available at www.hse.ie/eng/health/immunisation/pubinfo/schoolprog/

Dear parent(s)/guardian(s), apologies for the confusion on finishing times this week. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th & 6th year students are all in school as normal from tomorrow onwards. They start at 8:45am each day and finish at 15:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, at 14:50pm on Wednesday and at 14:10pm on Friday. TY students will have induction on Thursday 1st September from 13:30pm - 15:30pm and will be in school as normal from Friday.

Good morning to all in the class of 2022. I know this is an anxious time as you await the results of you Leaving Certificate examination but I would ask you to take the time to read the attached letter from the SEC regarding details about some important dates. The release of results on Friday 2nd September, viewing of manually marked scripts in the school on Saturday 10th September and those marked on-line can be accessed on from on Saturday 10th September to 12.00pm Sunday 11th September and application to appeal from Saturday 10th to 12.00pm Monday 12th September. Students may collect their results in person from the school from 9.30 am on Friday 2nd September. On a different note: the Debs Ball for the Class of 2022 will be on Wednesday 14th September. You can pay for your tickets vis easypayments on the school website or in person in the school.. i would be grateful if you could let me know if you or your guest have any particular requirements as soon as possible (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, gluten intolerance etc). The Parents' Association are conducting a second School Bus Opt in survey. The cost per week return for the proposed School Bus is €20 with discounts given for additional siblings. There may also be an option for one way trips TBD.
