See attached the colours for school Sports Day on Friday 15th September. Students can wear as much of their team colour as possible. Students can also wear their school tracksuits and wear accents of their team colour (hairband, bracelet etc).

Mount Carmel are pleased to announce our School Open Night is on Thursday 14th September at 6.15pm.

Our 6th year students, along with Ms Judge, had a very early start in Dublin airport at 4am this morning. They were also front and centre with the opening Mass this evening in Lourdes.@dublindiocese

Craft Club is back!

Craft Club will be starting back on Tuesdays after school in F8, from next week. There will be lots of different arts and crafts to try out, looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Well done to Alexandra, Crina, Prashika and Asha who each completed 2-week work placements in technology companies during August. 


Our students were very lucky to have had the opportunity to work in Phorest, Version 1, HostelWorld and Travelport, thank you to these companies for hosting and mentoring our students and giving them the chance to get firsthand experience in a tech company so that they can visualise themselves in these kinds of careers.


Last May we invited Kaye, a Teen-Turn representative and past pupil of Mount Carmel to visit our JCSP library to speak to students about Summer Work Placements and several students signed up. 


Many thanks to Teen-Turn for organising the placements.
