1) Have a look at the Inktober prompt words, there is a word for every day in October. Make a drawing in ink inspired by the word of the day (you can do a pencil drawing if you want).
2) Bring it to the library and we will post it on our Instagram account @mountcarmeljcsplibrary
3) We will hashtag it with #inktober and #inktober2023

We celebrated European Day of Languages on Friday in our JCSP library.
Many thanks to our fantastic Language Ambassadors who made great announcements to the whole school in their native languages inviting all students to take part in some fun activities they had organised to celebrate the rich linguistic diversity of our students.
We encouraged students to come and say Hello in their native languages.
We had snacks and distributed pens, bookmarks and wristbands from Leargás and The Council of Europe

Yesterday evening, students enjoyed a pizza party followed by some French acquaintances joining them for chats and a game of tennis. Today was our final day visiting the French school, with a lovely afternoon at the Pope's Palace in Avignon. Flight scheduled to land at 14.05 Friday, but before that we will visit the historic town of Carcassonne. Funded by the EU #aBridgetoGard #Erasmus+
On day two and three of our trip students went to classes in a French school (History, French and Geography were on the menu but also stonemasonry and cabinet making!). In the afternoon, students visited the Nîmes arena (home of bullfights, concerts and formerly gladiators) and the Salamander Caves. Funded by the European Union. #Erasmus+ #aBridgetoGard
Our French adventure got off to a great start, with a visit to the stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site, le pont du gard. #Erasmus+ #aBridgeToGard
