Canteen Facilities

A meeting was held between School Management and Rafters, the canteen providers. It was decided that Rafters would not open to offer canteen facilities at the moment due to Covid 19 and social distancing. This will be reviewed in the future, adhering to HSE and DES guidelines.
Your daughter will need to bring her own lunch and beverage to school daily. Water fountains will also not be available as per HSE and DES guidelines.
TY and 5th Year Booklist

There is an addition to the Transition Year and 5th Year booklists. "Reach+ - Student Careers Portfolio and Online Guidance Programme" is the title of the Careers textbook for TY and 5th year. 5th years will have careers throughout the year, once per week, on rotation. Reach+ is available from All Books, Portlaoise for €25.
LC Calculated Grades 2020 IMPORTANT NOTICE

Minister for Education Norma Foley TD announced yesterday evening that the Student Portal for the Leaving Certificate Calculated Grades will open for students next Monday, 20 July 2020 for students to confirm that they wish to receive Calculated Grade results. She also announced that these results will be available later than originally stated and will now be provided on September 7th. From Monday 20 July at 12 o’clock, please go to the portal at Gov.ie/Leaving Certificate, log in and confirm that you wish to receive your Calculated Grades results. The Minister had advised that students will receive a text message asking you to opt-in to receive your grades on the portal. Full details are in the attached press release.
