The TYs were delighted to hear from Alison O' Connor about life as a journalist and the Journalism class enjoyed asking a few questions of their own! Huge thanks to Alison for taking the time to share her story with us today.

The evening's agenda will include presentations from representatives of CAO (focusing on the application process) and the IGC (focusing on choosing courses). Throughout the event an online Q&A facility will be available for attendees to chat with representatives of CAO and a number of the Higher Education Institutions.
Spaces for the live online event are limited: a recording will be available from noon on 20 January for those who were unable to attend.

The new term has kicked off with a terrefic win! A HUGE congratulations to our Junior Camogie team who are now in the B Championship final after a nail biting win over Maynooth. The girls came back from 6 points down to overcome a very strong opposition. They will now contest the final on January 27th.
