Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Your daughter is due to travel to Carlingford Adventure Centre from the 28th till the 30th March 2022.
As part of the preparations for this trip both Our Lady's School and Carlingford require medical and dietary information.

Please be advised that relevant personal information (e.g. emergency contact details, age, confidence in the water and medical/dietary requirements) will be shared with Carlingford to ensure the health and safety of all students.
