Dear Student,
Tomorrow, Thursday 30th March is National "Hello How Are You" day. Weather permitting, all 2nd and 3rd year students will participate in a walk and talk event during the day. The purpose of this is to create more genuine connections. Please wear your PE gear in tomorrow to facilitate this.
Dear All
As you know last year, the leadership team had organised an ice bucket challenge to raise money for a girl named Alice who was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. Due to the icy weather last year, we were unable to go ahead with the challenge, but now that the winter has passed the leadership team are ready to take on the challenge again. Only this time we have switched up the rules.
We have challenged 7 teachers to do the ice bucket challenge, 6 of which are going to be named and 1 will remain a secret. The 6 named teachers have only agreed to being ice bucketed IF we reached a targeted amount. These are the amounts the teachers have agreed to:
Ms. Norton - €500
Ms. Byrne - €1,000
Ms. Slattery - €1,500
Mr. Coyle - €2,000
Mr. Finn - €2,500
Mr. Murphy - €3,000
The 7th teacher who will remain unnamed will only be disclosed and ice bucketed when we have reached €3,500.
This will take place on the 15th of March at 1:00, so make sure you donate before the buckets arrive.
Any staff wishing to donate to this can do a direct transfer to the school bank account by EFT or revolut to the following acccount with the refererence ALICE:

We are aware that many of you have already donated so this is a last call for donations to ensure ALL 7 teachers get soaked- everything received by next Wednesday will be paid over by the school to the Save Alice campaign.
The school has now sold its full allocation for the TY musical so the option to buy tickets has now been removed from the school app.

These will be sold on a first come first served basis, once your name has been taken a specific option for you to purchase the tickets will be added to your school shopping cart.
Any TY students and 3rd years who purchased Friday tickets who are in school today have been given their tickets to bring home.
