Collecting student after school

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Hazel Hall nursing home has written to me expressing their concern regarding the traffic both inside and outside their premises at school drop off and pick up times. Students are walking through their car park to get collected. This could potentially cause an accident if somebody was to pull out from a parking space. Cars are also parking on the footpath outside the nursing home and this is blocking the views of cars leaving the nursing home. They have also informed the Garda. We are concerned a major accident might occur if parents continue to park in the nursing home or on the main road. Please make alternative arrangements.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Kind regards

Dear parent/guardian,
We have extended the period to enable you to sign/give consent all the school policies. Thank you again to all our parents/guardians that have completed this process. Please take the time to get this item off your "to do list". Please see our previous message below.
Unfortunately from Monday 16th November 2020, students that have not consented to all the policies will be contacted to stay at home until the outstanding policies are signed.
We hope this finds you all well at this time. We would like to thank all our students for their cooperation with the many new protocols associated with Covid 19.
Normally a little before this point in the school year you would have discussed and signed the school policies with your student(s). This year we are using the App for this process.
The policies can be found in the "Consent Forms section" on the App. This is within the menu on the left hand side of the App home screen.
Please read the policies with your student. Instead of your student signing the policies please tick the "Yes" box to indicate that they accept the policies. Please then sign the "Consent Form" to indicate that you accept the school policies. Please have all policies signed for Monday next 28th September. There are six policies in total.
Please see video in the link below which will bring you through filling out forms etc.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we approach Christmas and the end of the first term, I want to thank the students for their cooperation in following the Covid guidelines. Wearing face masks in class is difficult and I know the weather has been cold and wintery these last few weeks so it is not pleasant to go outside at break times. However, we must continue these practices. Break time is an opportunity to take off the masks and get some fresh air. Thankfully we have had no Covid cases in the school because of the students’ cooperation. Hopefully the Covid situation will improve in the New Year.
I would like take this opportunity to wish you a very happy Christmas and best wishes for the New Year.
Kind regards
