Well done to St Muchins who successfully raised €720 for Irish Cancer Society as part of their CSPE Project. A great achievement and they should be very proud of themselves.

After School study continues this term and Saturday morning study will start next Saturday May 4th. The study session is from 9:30 - 1:00 p.m. at a cost of €5. Please contact Mr. Trench to sign up to either After School/Saturday Morning Study
Crumlin Fundraiser Basketball League

Congratulations to all the 1st & 2nd yrs who took part in the Crumlin Basketball fundraiser league before Easter. The winning girls team was captained by Anna Daly & the boys winning team was captained by John Coolahan. Well done to all involved. These students have raised over 4000euros for Our Lady's Hospital for sick children.

SUSI MAINTENANCE GRANT

The SUSI Maintenance Grant Online System will open for applications on April 25th 2019.Mrs. Griffin distributed an application guide to all Leaving Certs today. Eligible students are encouraged to apply early on www.susi.ie which contains a number of self- help tools, videos and detailed guidance notes. Best of luck with your application.

Today the LCA1’s organised and ran a very successful quiz for first years. This was part of their task and the overall winners of the prizes of tasty Easter eggs were Sean Moore, Millie Sheehan and Oisin Commane. Congratulations to all the LCA1’s and the first years involved.
Our basketball journey has come to an end

Well done to our 2nd year boys' basketball team who played their hearts out today in Wexford. Unfortunately our journey in All Ireland glory has come to an end. We are so proud of the boys and their dedication all year. They had a very close game against Castletownbere and were just beaten in the final quarter but a second loss to the home team St. Peters College put us out of the league. Great memories were made today and last week when the boys received their medals for the southwest final. Congratulations to all the boys and to Ms. O’Connor and Mr. Scanlon and a big thank you to both teachers for your time with the team.
