Jack MacMonagle took part in the Poetry Aloud Semi Finals in the National Library Dublin Friday. He recited Moya Cannon's 'Carrying the Songs' and a wonderfully original and enjoyable interpretation of Bob Dillon's 'Like a Rolling Stone'. This is Jack's final year taking part in Poetry Aloud, and since beginning in 2016, he has courageously progressed from Junior, through Intermediate to Senior. He has seen, and been part of, the increasingly demanding standards in the competition. His dedication, commitment and enthusiasm for the competition has never faltered. Well done for taking part Jack, and thank you for your involvement throughout the years.
