GOAL Mile

The TY students are once again organising the Terenure GOAL Mile. This will be taking place on December 26th in Terenure College. The first mile will start at 11am and continue every 15 minutes until 12:30pm. We would like as many people as possible to come along to run, jog or walk the GOAL mile together and make a donation to GOAL’s work in the developing world. DO THE MILE WITH A SMILE.

A huge thank you to everyone who made such kind and generous donations today. A huge congratulations to the Le Chéile council who organised the prayerful reflection. If anyone would still like to make a donation they are free to do so tomorrow. Many thanks again.

Christmas Crafting

We had a busy Christmas crafting session in the library yesterday. Students used old magazines to make beautiful 3D paper snowflakes and the library is now looking extra festive thanks to their efforts.

Gifts to the Crib 2018

Next Wednesday, December 12th, each student in the school will attend a prayer service and at the end of the service present their gift to the crib. We ask that gifts are newly purchased (are not second hand). 1st & 2nd Year to bring gifts for babies and young children 3rd & 4th Year to bring a new gift for a teenager 5th Year to bring care package for homeless shelters and women’s refuge 6th Year to bring non-perishable food items Many Thanks

We began Advent with a thought for the week from the Le Chéile Council: With every act of kindness the spirit grows and our souls are strengthened. Our amazing caretaker Mr Walsh built our crib in reception to mark the season of preparation for Christmas.
