Signing Out
• If a student needs to sign out of school during the day for an appointment etc. they need to bring in a note from home in the pages provided at the back of their school journal and get it signed by their Year Head before they come to the office to sign out. If a parent sends notification of a need to leave early through the app, the student still needs to get their Year Head to sign their journal before going to the office.
• If a student is feeling sick in school and needs to go home during the day; the student needs to get a note in their journal (Page 1 & 2) from their Year Head and then come to the office for Marie/Theresa to ring home to arrange collection. Teachers will ask students to write in the contact details at the top of this page i.e. Parents/Guardians name and phone number. Please refer to Pages 19/20 of the school journal.
Thank you.
