Our Senior GAA team had a great win today in the Leinster quarter final v Colaiste Mhuire Clondalkin.
Well done to the whole squad and a big thank you to Mr O Malley.

Congratulations to our 6th Yr Student Isobel Field who was selected to represent Hockey Irelands Indoor Development Squad in the Mason Cup in Copenhagen last weekend.
Ireland finished in silver place after making the final.
Well done Isobel.
BT Young Scientists

We would like to wish the very best of luck to Grace Carty (1st year) and Winni Chan (TY) as they exhibit their projects in at the BT Young Scientist Competition in the RDS this week.
Many months of hard work have been done by both and we are very proud of their commitment and dedication.
The exhibition is open to the public from 9.30-17.30 from the 9th-11th
Jingle Bell Run

A big thank you to the whole of the Loreto Foxrock School Community for the fun and enthusiasm everyone brought to the annual Jingle Bell Run. It was a great day for our students to have fun and enjoy themselves after a long term of working hard.
A special mention to our wonderful TY students who were the best cheer leaders and organisers, and kept our students going along the route with music, Pom Poms and motivation.
Congratulations to Sarah Kelly 1st Yr, Eva Kelly 3rd Yr and Katie Halton 1st Yr who were our top 3 finishers in the competitive race.
Me Ryan was the fastest of the teachers.
All monies raised are going towards building a new school for Loreto Aweli, South Sudan so don't forget to make your donation on the school app.

A huge thank you to all our coaches, players and parents for their support and commitment to the halfway point of the school year. I hope all our players get a well deserved rest over the Christmas break. They have all shown such dedication and enjoyment in all their sports this year.

Sarah Byrne and Isobel Field - Hockey Ireland Combined Teams.

Congratulations to our 6th Yr Students Sarah Byrne and Isobel Field who after being selected to train with the Senior Irish Women’s Hockey Panel went on to be selected for the Combined Teams Hockey tournament. The tournament was played in the Sport Ireland Campus and a tournament made up of the best players in the country.
Sarah and Isobel joined 5 of our past pupils in the panel so a total of 7 past and current Foxrock players.
Well done to both girls who continue to perform at the highest level.
