A belated update on Jessica's performance in the Blackpool OPEN WORLD DANCE COMPETITION.

The best dancers from all over the world participated in this competition and Jessica managed to reach the final for the under 14 age category and the semifinals for the under 16 age category.

At this level of competition, in order to reach the finals, you have to pass the first, second and third round, then the quarterfinals, semifinals and only then the finals.  Jessica entered the dance floor at 8.05am and finished at 10pm.  After an intense day, the next morning she got a very early flight to Dublin and came staright from the airport to school and was at her schooldesk at 9.10am.  Such dedication and hardwork!

We are so happy for Jessica and so proud of all her achievements this year. Maith thú, Jessica!
