Athletics - Track and Field season

Athletics training continues on Thursday's after school for the forthcoming track and field season. All students who are interested in competing in field events need to have a number of hours of training completed before the competition date. So please attend training and let us know which events you would like to take part in!! Training will take place tomorrow (indoors or outdoors) so hope to see you all there!! Bring a change of clothes as the fields are still quite wet. If you have other training and are hoping to take part in track and field this year please let Ms. Lineen know. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Aoife Kennedy and Connor Mullany the very best of luck for this weekends All Ireland's. These students will be representing BCS in the All-Ireland Cross Country Championships in Sligo on Saturday.

Employer details for March Work Experience must be returned to the school by tomorrow Monday 29th. There is a cinema outing to DUNGARVAN for all TY students on Tuesday 1st March. We will be back in time for the buses. The cost of the day is covered by the TY fee but students will need to bring a lunch with them or else purchase something to eat after the film. Full PE uniform must be worn.
