Dear Parent or Guardian Next week sees the beginning of the November Assessments for 1st, 5th & 6th Year students. Classes will continue as normal for all other year groups. Students have been given their timetables. and are required to be in school for their exams. Your daughter may go home at lunch time if she does not have an afternoon exam. However for those students who need to stay in school to wait for a bus or a lift, supervised study is available. Supervised study is also available early in the day for students who have a late start. We would ask that students bring their own equipment as they will not be permitted to borrow. Students may not bring smart watches or phones to the exams. It is important that students follow their teachers instructions throughout the exams. We wish all our students well in their exams next week. Reminder re Covid: If your daughter is a close contact or if she has symptoms of Covid, we ask that she stay at home. If this occurs please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your circumstances as best we can. Safety is paramount in the the school environment. The official school portraits of 1st and 6th Yrs are now available to purchase. Parents can go to Schoolpix.ie and enter the password LCF1887 to enter. If they Click on the Loreto College Foxrock folder and use the same password LCF1887 they can access and purchase the portraits. or alternatively the direct link to the 2021-2022 Portraits folder is .... www.schoolpix.ie/gallery-collection/Loreto-College-Foxrock-2021-2022/C0000yjMnIG.xLMg Access is with the same password LCF1887 An 8x6 inch print in a 10x8inch mount is 11 euros and the Digital High Res Jpeg File (which can be printed or emailed by a purchaser) is also 11 Euros Orders will only be delivered to the school reception with the students name on it for collection and not to home addresses, this prevents anyone from outside the school ordering photos.
