The 3 c 2 trip to Fota has been cancelled due to weather conditions.

The school will be closed until 11am tomorrow, Monday due to weather warnings.

Bus Eireann have notified that bus services will not operate in the morning however afternoon services will operate as usual.

We are asking for your help to gather some materials for our Junk Kouture groups.
Here is a list of what the TYs have come up with so far for their outfits:
  • Butcher Trays (tin/metal)
  • Old cardboard folders
  • Beach Toys
  • Plastic bottles
  • White plastic bags
  • Hoola hoops
  • Old/used batteries
  • Lace/Net curtains
  • Capri Suns
  • Old sequined clothing
  • Old sheets/pillowcases
  • CD's (with or without cases)
  • Golf related materials
  • Wires
If any of you have any of the items listed and are looking to clear out, please bring them our way!

WALK TO SCHOOL 2023 On Thursday 26th of October 2023, we will be participating in our annual walk to school day. We encourage all students and staff to please participate. Drop off points for students can be at JP O Sullivan Park (the Track) and the Fairfield. Staff can park at JP O Sullivan Park.
TY Beach Clean and Surfing on Inch Beach

Our 3 TY classes got the year off to a roaring start with a trip to Inch Beach on Monday last. A combination of beach-cleaning, surf lessons & games left a very weary but happy bunch heading back to Killorglin that evening!
Kerry Integration Strategy

Kerry Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) is currently preparing a five-year migrant integration strategy for County Kerry. 

This evidence-based strategy needs to be informed and underpinned by the experiences, views and recommendations of migrants from all backgrounds.

 

To access the questionnaire, please use the link below.  The questionnaire is available in ten languages.

 

The closing date for receipt of responses is the 31st of October, and the strategy will be published in January / February 2024.
