Junior girls played Skibbereen in a home game today, and despite wet conditions, they came away with a well deserved win. Well done girls!

Intermediate School Killorglin was well represented at the Munster Senior Swimming Championships in UL on the 12th November. The Junior, Intermediate and Senior swimmers distinguished themselves against some of the very best in the province. There were several personal bests on the day. Well done to Aoife Daly, Kate Daly, Emma Sheehan, Lara O’ Brien Leahy, Benen O Rourke, Ryan Van der Merwe, and Dara Sheehan. Thanks also to the parents who helped out on the day.
U15 soccer

Our U15s who, despite weather warnings and late starts, welcomed Mounthawk today for a Kerry fixture. The spoils were shared overall with good spells from both sides. Goals from Sean Doherty and Callum Robertson along with nice build up play throughout the match. Next up is the trip to Cork for Ireland U21s.

Paddy Sullivan - Workd Cup winner

Congratulations to Killarney man and former ISK student Paddy Sullivan who was part of the backroom team for South Africa who won the rugby World Cup on Saturday. Paddy played rugby throughout his school days and went on to work as rugby stats analyst for Munster, Pau and is currently with Montpellier. Well done Paddy, a huge achievement!

Not to be for our U15 team as our Munster journey came to an end today with defeat to St Michaels, Listowel. A single goal was enough for the visitors, we pushed hard but could not find the net. Best of luck in the next round. @faischools
