For Science week our 1st year Science quiz made a return to its famous pre covid format today. Lots of knowledge on show and plenty of fun also. Thanks to quizmaster Mr. Moynihan and the TY students who helped out. Well done to all 1st years and, of course, our winners.

As Wellbeing weeks continues, our annual Fun Run took place today. The poor weather didn't dampen enthusiasm as students and staff took to the roads to complete the run. Our special guests were members of the victorious Kerry Ladies Football squad who brought the Brendan Martin Cup to the school today. Many thanks to them for taking the time to visit the school.

Thanks to Bank of Ireland for presenting the school with €500 for participating in the Money Smarts Programme for the school year 2023/24. Well done to our TY students who set up and ran the School Bank. A great learning experience.

Well done to our 1st year boys who had a good victory against the Sem in the Kerry competition today, we now progress to the Cup. Goals today from Cian O Sullivan, Cillian Scannell, Mikey Cooper and Noah Russell. @faischools @faimunschools

Our 6th year Chemistry class visited the wonderful labs in Astellas during the week. A great insight into life in the pharma industry. A big thanks to Astellas Ireland.

Hard luck to our u-17 boys soccer team who lost out 3-2 on the road yesterday. They battled back well from 3 goals down but came up just short.
