Hard luck to our U15 team who went down 2 -1 to Gaelcholaiste Ciarrai today in the Kerry Cup semi final, a good competitive game of football in which we were a little unlucky. Callum Robertson scoring the goal. Thanks to all the squad for their efforts all year.

Best wishes to the Leaving Cert Class of 2024, who will celebrate their Graduation Mass tomorrow Wednesday 22nd May, in St. James Church Killorglin at 7pm. There will be refreshments for those attending afterwards in the CYMS Hall. Well done to our 1st year team who progressed to Kerry cup quarter final on pens today against Mounthawk. Harry O'Mahony and Cade Jameson with the goals. Diarmuid Riordan saved 2 in the shootout with Ryan van der Merwe scoring the all important pen. Listowel await in the semi final.

Thursday Bake Sale

Our student council is holding a bake sale at 11am break tomorrow in the gym. Come along and get some goodies! If anyone would like to donate baked goods, please label your container beforehand and bring them to the office/sick bay by 9am in the morning. Thank you.

Congrats to third year student Joshua Minnie, who travelled to the United States with SMUSA scholarships. Josh played in their showcase events against multiple different colleges over a 9 day period. Great achievement Josh, well done!
Ava to represent Ireland at Six Nations rugby tournament

A massive congratulations to 6th year student Ava O’Malley who has been named in the Ireland rugby squad for the U-18 Six Nations festival at Colwyn Bay in Wales. The tournament takes place between March 29th and April 6th, and games can be live streamed. Best of luck Ava, a brilliant achievement, well done!!
5th year tour to Rome

Our 5th years returned home safe and sound after a final day in Rome, which included visiting the Campo di Fiori market, the Arch of Constantine and some fun pizza making. Thanks to all who contributed to this brilliant trip full of life-long memories. Arrivederci Roma!!
