Wellbeing Week 2024 Our theme this year is: I alone must do it, but I cannot do it alone. On Monday, Mr. John Lonergan, former Governor of Mountjoy and Portlaoise prisons, spoke to the students of the I.S.K. He offered compelling insights into wellbeing, life choices, drug use, and respect for ourselves and for others. One student reflected on her experience as follows: John is a brilliant speaker - so often wellness feels abstract and a bit idealistic, but his honesty, realism and experience really allowed him to connect with his audience (Inés Mulvihill)
