A special thanks to the Form teachers ( 2A : Ms Kearns , 2B : Ms Phibbs , 2C : Ms Hartnett , 2D : Ms Cassidy , 2E : Mr Cribben and 2F Ms Fleming and Mr Tyrrell ) who supported the students not only in this initiative , but in every aspect of school life this year .

Transition Year
Well done to all of our TY students who completed their final portfolio assessment over the last few days.
The work, effort and ingenuity shown was amazing. Thank you to all who went above and beyond in what was such a broken year.
To conclude our year and give recognition to the great work done, we have our graduation ceremony taking place tomorrow (27th).
This is for students only and begins at 11.30a.m.
Uniform is expected to be worn.
It will last approximately 30-40 minutes.
Each form group is designated a classroom:
4A - 2/20
4B - 2/12
4C - 2/14
4D - 2/18
4E - 2/22
4F - 2/23
Please go to these rooms when you arrive in school. The grad will be streamed from the assembly and your form teacher will be present to distribute certificates.
The stream link will be sent on the app shortly beforehand for anyone who can't make it.
It would be great to see as many of you there as possible.
All the best,
S.Coy

Best of luck to all Transition Years starting their portfolio assessments tomorrow.
The following is a link to the timetable:

Please arrive 20 minutes before your interview and go to 2/20 for your pre-interview assessment.
Full uniform must be worn.
It is very important that students have completed their Projects + Goals Sheet, & submitted this via their Digital Portfolios to me online before their interview. This is done through their Tutorials Google Classroom.
The following is a link to a video explaining how to submit this step by step. Please follow these instructions exactly.

Students must ensure that all work is visible on their portfolios (especially their projects & goals sheet and graded pieces). Check the sharing settings of each project.
Look at the following video to see how this is done:

Please be prepared for you interviews - be on time and look over project work beforehand to be familiar with it.
Most importantly enjoy the experience - be enthusiastic, be talkative and give it your best!
Don't forget the graduation is Thursday at 11.30 a.m in the school.
Wishing you all the best of luck!
Any issues contact me immediately.
Kind regards,
S.Coy
