Dear Parents

It is almost time for our fabulous students to head off on their Christmas holidays. Tomorrow is the last day of term. We will have an awards ceremony in the school in the morning, where we will acknowledge some of the positive contributions the students make to school life. Following the awards ceremony, we will have our annual carol service for the students, which I know they will all enjoy.

The girls should be free to head home on their holidays at approximately 10:30 tomorrow morning.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of the parents, students and their families a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

School will reopen on January 6th 2025.

Dear Parents

Tomorrow is Christmas Jumper Day in school. Students are allowed to wear a Christmas jumper to school. They can wear this with their own leggings/jeans or the school tracksuit bottoms as they prefer. We are asking each student to make a donation of two euro to our nominated charity, with for 2024 is Jigsaw, who provide valuable mental health services for young people.

Our TY students will host their annual Christmas Mini-Company Market from 11-12 in the school hall and all classes will be given an opportunity to attend. If your daughter wishes, she may bring a little additional money to buy some treats in the market.

School will finish at 1pm for all students tomorrow.

Please see attached letter from the principal and exam timetable for students next week.

Our first and second year students got the chance to meet some exotic friends this week! Dave taught students about the anatomy and habits of his pets: a snake, tarantula, snapping turtle and chameleon. Students faced their fears, holding the exotic animals, and even putting some on their heads.
