Signing Out • If a student needs to sign out of school during the day for an appointment etc. they need to bring in a note from home in the pages provided at the back of their school journal and get it signed by their Year Head before they come to the office to sign out. If a parent sends notification of a need to leave early through the app, the student still needs to get their Year Head to sign their journal before going to the office. • If a student is feeling sick in school and needs to go home during the day; the student needs to get a note in their journal (Page 1 & 2) from their Year Head and then come to the office for Marie/Theresa to ring home to arrange collection. Teachers will ask students to write in the contact details at the top of this page i.e. Parents/Guardians name and phone number. Please refer to Pages 19/20 of the school journal. Thank you.
Updating your son/daughter's profile to the correct year group and submitting absence notes through the app.

Dear Parents/Guardians/Students, you may have noticed that in some areas of the school app your son/daughter is still listed as being in last year's year group. In order to change this you should click into your profile - click the 3 lines on the top left when you open the app - click on your name - ensure that all details on the form that appears are up to date - click save at the bottom of this screen. It is important that you do this as some notifications are targetted at specific year groups and if your profile is not up to date you will not receive these as push notifications. Parents/Guardians can now submit absence notes through the school app. Simply click on the 3 lines on the top left when you open the app - select Absentee Form - fill in the correct details and submit the form. The school admin office will receive an email with the details and so will your son/daughter's year head. Please note that you must have registered and completed all verification steps for your mobile number and your email address in order to use this function. The mobile number and email address must match the details the school holds also. Can we thank you for all the positive feedback at recent events about the app and we hope you continue to find it a useful tool for communication and keeping up to date with life in CPC.
