Dear Parents, Guardians & Students, thank you to the vast majority who have very good attendance and timekeeping. Currently, signing in late is an issue for some. While this is fully understandable on occasion when a bus is late for example, however, this needs to improve for those who are often late.

We appreciate your support in student getting to school on time which avoids unnecessary stress in beginning the day and also disruption to classes which are underway.

The ‘’Coping with Christmas’’ webinar is designed for anyone who is supporting someone who is suffering with an eating disorder. This is open to anyone who would like to attend, they can just shoot me an email on <8>info@bodywhys.ie.

We also have our PiLaR program which is a free four week course for carers of those with eating disorders and how to handle some of the challenges that can arise through the journey. The next group will be held in 2024, but carers can sign up. This doesn’t necessarily have to be parents, but can be siblings, friends, partners, etc.

We also have our dedicated helpline and email helpline support. You do not need to have an eating disorder to avail of these services.

We also have various Support Groups available, depending on the age of the individual.

Please email <24>info@bodywhys.ie for details of all of the above.
