Junior Cycle Students : Important Information.

Dear Parents / Guardians,

Block Study for 3rd Year students finishes tomorrow (Thursday) at 3pm.

As per the exam timetable ( attached ) students are requested to be in attendance thirty minutes in advance of their first exam on Wednesday 4th of June.

Please note that students should follow their exam timetable and only be present in the school at these times. There is no facility for study between exams. All afternoon exams begin at 1.30pm.

Full school uniform is required for the duration of the exams.

As per our school rule, 3rd Year students are asked not to bring phones to school during the state exams. Mobile phones/iwatches etc are not permitted in examination centres during state exams.

For the Attention of Incoming 1st Year Parents 2025/2026 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please see the message below from the School Transport Team in Bus Éireann:

As you are aware Bus Éireann operates the school transport scheme on behalf of the Department of Education.    Applications for the next academic year are currently being received from parents.    As we currently operate school bus services to your school, I am requesting your co-operation to forward the information, below to families of pupils heading into 1st year in September 2025.    

 

  • Applications for School Transport for the new school year are currently open and can be accessed online at www.buseireann.ie/schooltransport
  • Details of the scheme are also available on Bus Éireann’s website and Department of Education’s website gov.ie/schooltransport.
  • The closing date for NEW school transport applications is Friday 25th April 2025
  • Existing school transport applications will automatically roll over into the new school year
  • Payments or medical cards can be received up to Friday 6th June 2025
