We are delighted to be able to accommodate nearly 120 students on the School Ski Trips for next year and all deposits have been paid to Topflight. We will be taking two separate trips in 2020, both to the fantastic Italian ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio, a beautiful high altitude resort in the Dolomiti in Italy. Seventy Three 3rd and 4th Yrs who have paid deposits, will be travelling during the Mid term break in February 2020 and Forty Six 1st years (next years 2nd Yrs) will be travelling to Italy, together on 4th April 2020, ie. the first week of the Easter Holidays. All students should have received a letter with future payment details etc. If you haven't, then you need to get in contact with Mr Rennick, nr@naascbs.ie or Mr Manning, mm@naascbs.ie as soon as possible. It is a wonderful opportunity for the boys and an experience that they will never forget.
Come to School a Healthy Way

Class 1E have been involved in a pilot project this year in Global Citizenship. Their study and learning of Global Goals is culminating in an action day this Thursday 23rd of May. On Thursday they are trying to encourage as many people as possible to come to school a healthy way. They hope to see as many people as possible walk or cycle to school on the day. There are others who will have no option but to travel by car but perhaps it might be possible to be dropped a little further from the school gate. Please encourage your son to support this initiative. Please see the attached slide on why walking or cycling to school is a good idea with benefits for themselves or for the environment. Many thanks
