Good morning gentlemen, We hope you and your families are keeping well and staying safe. This school year certainly hasn’t gone as we had planned. We have all had to learn how to do things differently over the last two months especially when it comes to learning and keeping in touch with each other. This Friday 15th May we’re going to try to do one more thing differently. Instead of a traditional sports day, we are going to have a Sports Challenge. The challenge is to choose one of the following actions and to do as many of them as you can in 30 seconds. Your choice of challenges are: 1. Push ups 2. Burpees 3. Jumping Jacks 4. Squats 5. Solos/ keepy uppys 6. Headers 7. 123 Heismans There will be a prize for the best score for each challenge in each year group. You can try as many of the challenges as you like but you will only be able to submit a video for one of these challenges. We will send the link that your video needs to be posted to at 9 a.m. on Friday morning. You must post your video by 9 pm on Friday night. Best of luck
A message for 6th Year students

Dear Sixth Year students, I'm sure by now that you have learned of the government decision to postpone the Leaving Certificate 2020 Examinations and to introduce a system of Calculated Grades. While it does give clarity there is also a sense of emptiness and loss for both teachers and students who have put in huge effort to date. Well done on your excellent work and engagement over the last two years but especially since March. Online teaching concludes today for Sixth Year students. Once further detail and guidance are issued to schools in relation to the Calculated Grades process, I will be in contact with you again. Have a lovely weekend and take care, Ben Travers
