Banned Book Week

Banned Book Week ran from the 27th September to the 3rd of October. Our students were invited to read a selection of books that have been banned in various countries around the world and to consider reasons why! The SORA app features a full section containing these banned books for our students to check out over the weekend. Some of these books are in the pictures below! @jcsplibraries

TYs got an impromptu DIY lesson from our caretaker Joe today while helping to clear out the computer room! Thanks to all the students for their hard work! Work on our new computer room will be underway over the next few days and will be unveiled next week. Watch this space!

A fantastic display of books in our library ro celebrate European Day of Languages tomorrow! Our international book section in the library, as well as on the SORA app, contains books in many different languages, from Romanian to French to Polish. And many more!
