Our 1st year team lost their last match of the season against Woodbrook College, but two goals scored in the second half are a good sign for the next season

Students are welcome to dress up as their favourite character from a book they have read on Thursday March 7th for World Book Day. Prizes are up for grabs for best costume over a few categories, so if you’re not in, you can’t win!
Students not opting for costume please wear uniform as normal.

Well done to the JCSP students who planted a Bird Cherry tree on the school grounds today & made a great tree book display in the library!

Congratulations to our 2nd year JCSP students who did a fantastic job at Make a Book in Swords today. They presented a book about lost crafts; Exploring Newgrange, Neolithic designs, woollen crafts and soap making. They also took part in a rap with all the other JCSP students present. Well done to all!

We are so proud of Hollie Hopkins, Maisie Connolly & Ruby Donegan who performed on Ireland AM this morning with Arkins Dance Academy @arkins.dance_
These students are representing Ireland in Prague in the Dance World Cup this June. They are raising money for this trip and we would support any of our school community who would like to donate on their go fund me page!

Our U14 Badminton team lost in the semi-final of the league to Our Lady's Terenure and finished their first year of the competition amongst the four best teams in Division 4. Well done to Aleksandra, Xhorxha, Asmi and Asma!

The aim is to get everyone to ‘get lost in a good book’ on the 24th of February, Ireland Reads Day – whether that’s reading a book, a newspaper, a comic – whatever works.
There are lots of events taking place in libraries across the country too so please visit www.irelandreads.ie, or check in with your local library.

Great achievement for our rowing team in Tallaght Leisure Centre today. They turned their first appearance into gold after beating another five schools in the 2000m relay race.

Our U16 A Team lost to Sandford Park A Team in the nerve-racking final of the Div.4 Dublin badminton league. The match finished 3:3 and the referees had to count the points to decide the winner. Mount Carmel lost 157:142, but left a great impression and made us proud. Well done to Nandin, Madison, Courtney, Sabraina and Kayla!
