With the weather forecast looking dry for tomorrow it is expected that sports day 2018 will go ahead. All students must have books for their first class and are allowed to wear their PE tracksuit into school. On the day there will be a range of games available to students and a selection of ice-creams for sale in aid of the student council.
Cross and Passion College Open Night 27th September 6pm - 8pm

Cross and Passion College is hosting an Open Night for parents and prospective students this Thursday, 27th September between 6pm and 8pm. The evening offers parents the opportunity to visit the school and meet with current students and teachers of the College. It will offer insight to our facilities, the work of our students and highlight the variety of the activities in which they are involved. The Principal will address visitors at 6.30pm and at 7.15pm in the Sacred Space of the College. We look forward to meeting both new and familiar families on the night.

U19 Soccer training begins on Monday (4.15 - 5.30). There will be a team meeting in classroom 14 at 1.40pm (lunchtime tomorrow) ahead of our first training session to discuss the year ahead. Mr. Dowd.
NCCA Senior Cycle Review

Dear Parent/Guardian, we are one of 40 schools in the country successfully chosen to be part of the research that will inform a review of Senior Cycle education in Ireland. If your son/daughter has experienced Transition Year, Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme (LCVP), Leaving Certificate Applied Programme (LCA), or Leaving Certificate Established (LCE) and you, as a parent/guardian, are interested in being part of a focus group to give your views on Senior Cycle education this Monday (10th September) evening, please email your expression of interest in being involved to joeleonard@cpckilcullen.com Please note that a representative sample will be selected to take part and informed by return email. Dear Parents / Guardians, I hope our students have enjoyed a really good summer break. We look forward to welcoming them all back to school over the next few weeks. The school calendar for 2018-2019 is available on the College Website under the Information Tab: www.cpckilcullen.com. Please note the slight adjustment in class times for the coming year: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 16:02 Friday 09:00 - 13:20 This will facilitate the necessary arrangements for school transport provided by Bus Eireann. You will remember that we had a problem with this last year. Each year group will have Assembly with their Year Head on one morning each week from 8:45am-9:00am as follows: 1st Year Monday 2nd Year Friday 3rd Year Wednesday 4th Year Tuesday 5th Year Monday 6th Year Thursday For health and safety reasons we ask parents not to drive onto school grounds at either entrance in the morning or afternoon.
