Powerful performances by Sophie Doyle and Logan Worrell in King Lear.

Well done to Sophie Doyle 6th Year and Logan Worrell 5th Year, who played Goneril and Edmund respectively in King Lear in the Riverbank Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday last with Kildare Youth Theatre. It was a   contemporary “Shakespeare-meets-Succession” approach. Kildare Youth Theatre has built an ensemble production that seeks to centre the voices Lear himself ignores – the generation which will be left to carry on. Brilliant performances by Sophie and Logan.
