This coming weekend, on Saturday 25th November, you will find members of our parents association outside Eurospar and Nolans Butchers on the main street collecting funds for upcoming events in CPC.
Each year the PA carry out fundraising events in order to support the students of CPC. Monies collected will support this years TY musical and student council projects in the school.
Please support this annual bucket collection in whatever way you can. Thank you.
Last week was another busy week of sport in CPC.
1st Year boys represented the school for the first time in a GAA blitz in Hawkfield and competed really well.
The U17 boys soccer team had their first league game against Kildare Town, a great match ended in a 3-3 draw.
Unfortunately, the senior girls basketball team suffered an agonising 49-48 point loss in their semi final vs Clonaslee. Hard luck to all the girls but well done on a great season.
Finally the U16 boys basketball team had a very successful week, winning a quarter and a semi final to reach the Leinster final vs Baltinglass this week. This is a great achievement and we are all behind you!
Well done to all teams and management involved.
A reminder to all students that as per the school calendar there are no classes tomorrow due to a staff training day.
