TY Students participated in a range of fantastic workshops this week. 'Get Drastic about Plastic', Climate Change' and 'Fast Fashion' were very thought provoking. Students also attended a webinar featuring speakers from the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group about the sea, marine issues and sea creatures. The International Youth Summit Concern Agents of Change aimed to create a climate of positivity around taking action and inspiring young people to see themselves as Agents of Change in the areas of social justice, climate and other issues. It was a very enjoyable and interactive event. Our Green Schools and Community Care classes are continuing to live these ideals through their weekly litter picking work.
