CPC girls cruise into Leinster Quarter Finals

CPC u15 girls soccer team beat St. Colmcille's of Knocklyon today 8-0. The girls were absolutely brilliant throughout the game. Solid in defence, hard working in midfield and ruthless upfront, the girls were well deserving of the win. They have got better and better with every match. Well done girls. Next up for them next week is an away Leinster Quarter Final against Gaelcholaiste Reachrann of Donaghmede. Day/Time TBC

Well done to all 4D students who engaged really well with their Develop Me workshop today. Communication, time management, responsibility, critical thinking and common sense were vital skills developed.

U15 Girls Soccer - Leinster knock out stages tomorrow

Our u15 girls soccer team play against St. Colmcille's of Knocklyon tomorrow at 11am in Kilcullen. This is the knock-out stages of Leinster after the girls came second in the Kildare school's group stages. They've done CPC very proud all year in their effort and teamwork. All support tomorrow would be very welcome.
Sixth Year School Tour May 12th

Dear Sixth Year parents and guardians. It has been decided following a request from sixth years that a school tour will go ahead on May 12th. it is not standard practice that sixth years go on a school tour but these students have not had this opportunity since before Covid that's three years ago. It should be noted that there will be no classes that day given that its the School Outing Day and all years will be on tour that day accompanied by their teachers Students not wishing go will have supervised study in school on that day. The tour will be to Kilkenny Adventure centre and will cost.€45 payments will can be made through the shop in the school App. Margareta Gillespie
First Year Vaccination Additional Update

Owing to an oversight I omitted to mention that First years are allowed to wear PE gear or a loose top which will facilitate ease of access by vaccinators to their arms. So a sports hoodie should be adequate. D
First Year Vaccination Update

The HSE vaccination team will be administering the second dose of the HPV & MENACWY ( Meningitis) vaccine to First Years on Thursday 28th April beginning at 9 15 am. The HSE are facilitated by the school and have been in touch with parents. This notice confirms that it will be taking place tomorrow. There are vaccination assistants form Fourth Year who will liaise with the HSE to ensure a throughflow of students. We are grateful to the Fourth Year Volunteers. We will start with 1A and cycle through the group in the course of the day.

We see Positive Behaviour when our students try their best, look after their rooms and show good manners and attitude in all they do.
