Archived : 11 Oct 2019, 1:00 AM
The 3rd Year Parent Teacher Meeting takes place tomorrow evening in the college gym.
Some reminders for those attending:
- All teachers are present in the gym and Parents/Guardians queue to speak with teachers. The gym is laid out with teachers in alphabetical order.
· Ensure that you have your son’s journal with you and that he has filled out the list of his subjects and teachers.
· Given the large number of students and teachers involved with the meeting it may not be possible to meet every teacher. Should this happen write a note in your son’s journal and they will make contact with you.
· To avoid long queues we recommend that conversations with teachers should not exceed 5 minutes. This ensures that everyone has an opportunity to meet with all teachers.
· In order to conclude in the time allotted please do not join a queue to meet with a teacher after 6:30pm.
