Congratulations to our Junior A Camogie team who beat Borrisoleigh 4-7 to 2-2 in the quarter final. We advance now to the Munster Semi Final. Well done girls it was a tough game in bad conditions.

Waterford Schools Cross Country will take place in St. Augustines Dungarvan on Thursday 19th January at 11am.

The events are as follows

Minor  under  14  on  1st July  ’23 Girls  1500m, Boys 2000m

Junior  under  15  on  1st July  ’23 Girls  2000m, Boys 3000m 

Inter    under  17  on  1st July  ’23 Girls  2500m, Boys  4500m

 

Senior under  19  on  1st Jan  ’23 Girls  2500m, Boys  5000m

If you wish to compete please send your name and date of birth to Ms. Lineen on Teams by 3pm on Friday 13th January.

Schools cross country athletics will commence this term. There will be training on Tuesday 10th January after school.

  • Waterford Schools cross country - Thursday 19th Jan in St. Augustines Dungarvan
  • East Munster Schools cross country - Friday 3rd Feb in Carriganore
  • Munster Schools cross country - Friday 24th Feb in Carriganore.

All 6th year students along with their parents are invited to our mentoring night on January 10th at 7pm, where you will receive a presentation on applying to 3rd level, financing your education, wellbeing and selfcare. Please confirm your attendance via email to catherineahearne@blackwatercs.com with your child's name and the number of people attending by tomorrow  January 6th.
